I have a workshop that works well that I've written for Make Campus (but I own), It's had great feedback. The topic is easy to alter while keeping the core skills learning outcomes. So far I have presentations for Holiday Ornaments and Chess Pieces. I've been thinking cookie cutters might be a fun one that might bring in a more diverse audience.

Fusion 360 is great for making functional parts for many other projects, e.g electrical. But can be very overwhelming without a guide.

This could also easily be delivered remotely (it was designed that way) to capture a larger audience.
