Within the role is being helpful for someone learning what their devices and the apps in them can and can't do, how to achieve things with it, and to be aware that each may require setting up in order to work efficiently for their use and also to keep them safe from being interfered with. Explaining the risks and also how to manage them so the user can control and not be fearful of the technology.
It also requires being able to work in conjunction with the requirements of people within the location that you are mentoring in.
