Karla might prefer voice commands and touch screen options, especially if the accessibility options are changed to less sensitive to allow her hands to catered for. Explore keyboard options with her, so that they may work for her - such as sticky keys and slower responce settings.

Depending on software, features such as Cortana with voice prompts may help. Touch screen tablets might be an option especially with a self supported case for ease of use.

Could suggest to Kala to use a more ergonomic mouse and adjust the mouse control settings on computer to slower double clicking time. As Christi suggested above you could teach Kala some keyboard shortcuts and provide a cheat sheet for these.
