Introduce Avengers (Marvel film with many superheroes in it. Who here has seen it before? During the film think about what is apocalyptic about it (personal apocalypse as well as an eye to world)

What makes this relatable to Apocalypse? (personal apocalypse and world - avert the alien forces that threaten the earth, but can only be effective together. Courage of individuals is vital.  Results are achieved when a team operates as one. War like. Protecting what is and in doing so the world and humans will be changed) .

The origin story of superheroes is important in films - how they got their powers and the emotional struggle to come to terms with having these powers. It’s a huge change and personal shift. For example the Hulk's journey.

If you could have any superhero power what would it be? (this questions personal elements and unpacks superhero and what it is we want to save the world from)
